Hey, everyone. Hope you enjoyed the last video on tax benefits. Today I'm excited to do another video, this time on how to vet a real estate syndication deal. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you and I both know what happens when we put the cart before the horse and get too excited about something. Before we know all the details, there are only two possibilities, and they're both bad. First, getting in over your head, and two, becoming committed to a deal that doesn't align with your goals. When it comes to investing, it's the same situation. Before making any investment, it's important to vet the deal and the sponsor to your heart's content. I'm Wayne with CREI Partners.
