Emocji nie trzeba ćwiczyć — reakcji można się nauczyć

In this short Polish monologue, the speaker argues that emotions are innate and present from birth, so they do not need to be practiced. What requires training are our reactions to those emotions—specifically, the strategies we employ when emotions arise. The speaker points out that many people unconsciously continue childhood habits of suppressing or pretending emotions do not exist. To act appropriately in any situation, we must relearn how to return to our authentic self, feel the primary emotions fully, and then let those emotions guide suitable actions.
