You know, shame is really difficult, but shame lives in a petri dish. And the minute that you start to shed light on it, it can't survive. It can't survive anymore. And so, if you are struggling with something and you're listening to this podcast episode, I encourage you. Find a friend. Find somebody that you trust. I promise you, you are going to just feel the biggest weight lifted off your shoulders. We're meant, as humans, to collaborate and go through things together.
