Our intuition and our ability to reconnect with nature with oils, with her foods, with everything that she provides. What is it about us that makes us forget? And what can we do as a species to remember how to reconnect psychologically, intuitively? I think our way of living, as we've continued to separate ourselves from further from nature, has invited us to numb our senses. You know, we're less keen on feeling the dirt on the bottom of our feet as we're walking throughout the field and releasing, absorbing the negative ions and helping to de stress our physical system through the process of earthing, which has been a natural process for many generations before us. You know, we're starting to live in indoors over the past few thousand years and we're having more of an indoor type of lifestyle where people are working in offices and in front of computers that are emitting high EMF signals and are running electricity which are affecting our electromagnetic field. You know, the way that we engage with life is affecting our biology and it affects our biology every day. And as we're integrated and indoctrinated into systems of education from our public schools, from our colleges, and we are engaging with these types of technologies that are affecting our biology, our senses can get stunned or nulled. And some of us are still learning how to take a deep inhalation and to notice the different aromatic qualities when we were walking by a tree. And we might miss the fragrance altogether if we're not paying attention. And we're really deep in our minds thinking about what we have to do and the pressures of doing our best to survive in this modern day culture. And so what I've found in my own personal experience is conscientiously engaging with nature. So going into my backyard and doing some qigong and to allow the sunlight in the morning to land on my chest and on my stomach, and to take deep inhalations in and to work with the breath, to meditate in the morning, to feel my connection to my own body, because my own body is that natural resource that connects to all living things and the more that I continue to harmonize and strengthen my physical vessel, my awareness to my physical vessel and my senses. When I step into nature, the more aware of subtle hues, I am able to connect with. It.
