This YouTube podcast episode (hosted by Josh Trent) discusses EMF (electromagnetic fields) in modern life and explores harmonization/mitigation approaches using a device called the Soma Vedic. Speakers claim the device amplifies properties of precious stones/minerals, structures water in the body, and can improve symptoms (sleep, energy, headaches) when EMF-related. The episode also frames EMF as ubiquitous (tied to electricity and connected devices), notes both harms ("electrosmog") and potential therapeutic applications (citing Tesla-era work), and contrasts blocking EMF with harmonizing it.

So what somovetic is actually doing inside our real precious stones and minerals, they are working in correlation with each other. So you get amplified properties or frequencies. This is also related to the water structuring. So the same field that is creating this coherent space around it is also affecting the water and the water in our bodies. How do you know if it's working? Are struggling with your health, with your sleep or energy levels during the day, or headaches, you bring some of it home, plug it in, and if this is caused by emf, then you would definitely notice a difference. You're right. Welcome to Wellness Force. Thank you for having me, Josh. This has been a long time coming. I've had this device at my house, two of them, actually. We're going to talk about this today. It's the Soma Vedic, but the Soma Vedic is really a jumping off point for a much, much deeper conversation. And it's about this confusion between EMF mitigation and harmonization versus trying to block all the emf, which I think is impossible. So you're. If somebody doesn't know what EMF is, let's start there. Maybe they haven't heard our other podcasts with Nicholas Pinault. Maybe they're not a biohacker themselves, but they're very interested and just have that be a starting place for us to just describe electromagnetic frequency and maybe some of the myths around the normal narrative when it comes to emf. Yeah, yeah, that's. That's. That's definitely. Great question. So, as you said, EMF stands for electromagnetic frequency or electromagnetic field. And in a nutshell is basically that invisible force or. Yeah, basically that invisible force that is connecting our devices and that our devices are radiating to communicate. You know, your cell phone, your. As we are having this conversation right now. So, yeah, it's a stream. Stream of data, and it's with us since the invention of electricity. So everything that has electricity is radiating some sort of electromagnetic field or electromagnetic radiation. And in current society, yeah, it's exponentially growing. And so it's all around us. The Internet of Things is poised to grow, like, exponentially. I mean, we can't even put a number on it. The amount of connected devices, and they're all connected through frequency. And we know this because we've had many people on the show. And I also have personally studied Tesla's work and knowing that the coils he created and how many healing properties can be done through EMF. So EMF isn't always bad. There's electro smog. There's EMF. EMFs are in our environment to stay, Sam.
