This is a short transcript excerpt from a YouTube discussion about personal integration and biohacking. Speakers emphasize that true integration is an internal process—recognizing and including intellectual, archaic/indigenous, and mythical aspects of the self—rather than relying on external gadgets. The speakers position biohacking as mind–body–soul work that begins with honest self-acknowledgment and integration.

When we turn a ship around, we're going to be pointing in the wrong direction for the majority of that turn. It's only until we get the ship turned around where we're on course. So that's what we need to realize. That's the integration process. We're not integrated until we integrate. I believe as a society, we've fallen in love with intellectualism, and so we're seeking an authority figure and you just can't think for yourself. So the integration portion is realizing that there is a part of us that's archaic, that is indigenous, the mythical, magical element within us. When we transcend to those levels and include that, when you get to the intellectual level, you're a true intellectual.
So much freedom in acknowledging actually where we are on the ladder, instead of trying to hold up this heavy iron mask and pretend like we're somewhere that we're not.
The biohacking begins here. It doesn't turn into biohacking once you pull the gadgets out. It's mind, body, soul for one person. They might want to do all the red light sauna, all the ice cold plunges. I'm into all that stuff, but it's not necessary.
