A short interview/transcript excerpt about a home finger-prick blood test designed to assess 'biological age' and fertility-related markers so women and couples can optimize fertility and prolong the reproductive window. Speakers describe how biological age (cellular age) can differ from chronological age and influence reproductive planning.

Our goal is to help women and couples have healthy babies on their timeline. And so we created a test you can take at home. Finger prick, few drops of blood you mail off the card. And we give you a number of markers that help you optimize your fertility and prolong your reproductive window. If you do the right things, we look at your biological age. So that's the age of your cells in this moment. Now, that means everything from when you were born, maybe even, you know, from when you were conceived up until now. So if you had a lot of childhood trauma or partied a lot in your college years, that number might be a little bit higher. But if I have somebody come in and she's our. She's chronologically 42, we do the test and she comes back at 46. That's a very different picture than a woman who's 42 and comes back at 36. If you test early and you start early, then you can potentially prevent struggle.
Women are really taking ownership of their own biology again and their own intuition again, literally at their home in a box, testing their blood, which is the best use of technology I've ever seen. You don't have to go to the fricking doctor's office.
