Capitalism is saving us from poverty! 💵 @CodieSanchezCT #capitalism #financialintelligence

How could conscious capitalism exist if everyone in the world was financially free?

I think everyone in the world will be financially free one day. If you look at the amount of people that capitalism has pulled out of poverty as measured by countries that have actually instituted it as opposed to taking it away, the numbers don't lie. We need to export more people into ownership. It's four magical words, skin in the game. For a lot of humans, they're acting without skin in the game because they don't have equity, they don't have upside in their job, they don't own any assets, they don't have things to lose. And so that becomes the tragedy of the commons, which is when everybody's responsible for somebody, nobody takes care of it. And so that's why conscious capitalism will work is if we can get more people slices of ownership. But what we do want to figure out is how can we get more people to have knowledge, which I think is the great equalizer.
