A short conversational transcript of a YouTube interview (Josh Trent and a speaker) discussing self-alignment, inner-child beliefs, and self-worth. They question disempowering statements like “I am enough,” explore underlying fears, and suggest practices such as investing in oneself (courses, coaches) and following intuitive nudges.
What is a question we can ask ourselves when we're out of alignment?
What is my fear? Are you investing in yourself? Do you take courses? Do you hire mindset coaches? Do you follow intuitive nudges and go on some trip that your intuition told you to do just for you? I am enough. And I get it. It's a bridge, you know, because the programming people have received, they believe this lie. The analogy I use is if you went to a beautiful mountain lake and saw the most epic sunset of your entire life and you said, you are enough. Yeah, that's enough. It's like, what are you talking about, enough?
So you feel like the statement's disempowering.
Enough is an insult that we are enough enough. Like we're so much more than enough. You know, that's the understatement of the century. It's not about, like, getting the right business coach when deep down you believe that you can't do it. The belief has to change.
