YouTube video excerpt (speaker: Josh Trent) arguing that endotoxins produced by harmful microbes drive inflammation and underlie many diseases. The speaker emphasizes protecting the body's microbial 'doorways' (nasal passage, mouth/oral, and colon) and promoting a butyrate-producing microbiome, claiming butyrate supports gut–brain connection, insulin resistance, and cardiovascular function.

Everything stops working properly when you have too much inflammation in the body areas that microbes can live and secrete their excrement. Right. Their toxic waste. This is called an endotoxin. And these endotoxins are literally at the root of all diseases. I talk about taking care of your doorways and that the three primary doorways are the nasal passage, the oral, the mouth, and the colon. And it's our doorways. I call it the doorway, the Ganesh. Right. Ganesh is the lord of doorways. Yeah. Ultimately, you really want your microbiome to be producing a lot of butyrate, and it's only the good colonies that produce that butyrate. It's like with the pro biomax that we have all the butyrate in it. And you look at the benefits of butyrate. It supports the gut brain connection, it helps to improve insulin resistance, it improves cardiovascular function. If we don't take care of it, we have an overgrowth of the bad bacteria, produces these really negative toxic elements, triggers inflammation in the body.
