Short dialogue from a YouTube video discussing "bliss" as a missing nutrient. Speakers claim raw chocolate and CBDs can boost anandamide in the brain and promote relaxation, and argue that lifestyle activities which cultivate bliss (time for integration, simple exercises) distinguish long-term success and stronger intuition from short-term success. They suggest bliss may substitute for stimulants like coffee, sugar, or nootropics in some cases.

So for women that want to consume more bliss, right? How do they do this? The consuming of this nutrient?
Yes, bliss is definitely the missing nutrient in our lives. So raw chocolate itself is amazing source of bliss that is actually boosting anandamide in your brain. It's incredible. Also, CBDs will boost anandamide in your brain and bring relaxation. So there's actual sources of food and supplementation you can go to. And then it's the activities that bring you the bliss as well. I found when I was working with clients and coaching them that difference between someone who short term success versus someone who had long term success, the difference was the bliss. The difference was the amount of time they actually gave themselves to do these other lifestyle activities to integrate fully within themselves so that they can tap back into their intuition. You have your tools. If you understand that bliss is your missing nutrient, maybe you don't need to run to the coffee or the sugar or the nootropics to to really fire your brain up. Maybe it's just a simple exercise to bring you back into bliss and from there you move forward in your day.
