Chapters

The things that have changed my life are things that my will has to be forged. The things that I don't want to do, right? When I wake up and I go on my cold plunge every morning, I don't want to go in any of the days, but I do it. And I forge something in my energy. I meditate every day, forging, forging, forging, creating that pipeline to God through my will. No one can take it away. When you create that pipeline to God from a drug, from a substance, it's gone the next day. Where was it? How do I get back there? Right? How do I get back there? Who can take me there? What do I need to get there, Right? So that's what I really believe, is that the magic comes when you engage your own will. Nothing is free here in this. In this world. Nothing.
