Chapters
I covered my body in tattoos and in the moment I didn't realize that that was kind of a trauma response. But as I went through my healing journey, I realized that my tattoos were a way of protecting myself and reclaiming my body. How have you turned your wound into wisdom? My biggest wound was my body being taken from me and used for other people's pleasure and me having to physically detach from my body in order to endure the experiences that were happening as a child. And the wisdom now is coming back to my body and finding forgiveness and reclaiming my body and my nervous system and my sensual energy and really embodying deep forgiveness. I learned that my trauma is actually one of my greatest gifts. And now I'm able to take my clients through the darkest parts of their lives or help them see why or how they can get through the darkest parts of their lives. It might not be your fault, but it is your responsibility.
