How heinous and how sad it's been for so many women just makes me cry because so many women believe that their value is only attached to their sexuality. And nothing could be further from the truth. A woman's value has little to do with her sexuality. A woman's value has everything to do with her becoming whole. Because by her becoming whole, she shines a mirror on her man so that he can look at all the wounds and all the dark spots in him, so that he can choose to be whole. And sometimes it happens the other way. Wow. 2025 could just be a big exhale, huh? It's one of these years that I think shaped us in many ways. We have AI that's accelerating. We have health issues, we have societal issues. We have really a concentration of challenges that I think we've never really had before, quite like we have them on Planet Earth. This podcast is going to review the top five most favorite juicy moments that I've had on podcast podcasts that I know you're going to love. But ultimately that you're going to leave this podcast with wisdom that you can start to integrate in your life, and that's going to allow you to see life through a different lens. This year was so transformational for me. I did massive healing with my father wound, with my mother wound. I recommitted in devotion to my wife. I recommitted in devotion to this podcast, to myself. Did not know I was going to cry. It's been an incredible year. And the reason I'm feeling emotion is because I'm just so grateful. I'm so grateful that you're here with me. For so many years of my life, I struggled. I struggled really hard. And I see a lot of my brothers and my sisters on Planet Earth struggling really hard. And I'm here to tell you, my friend, with these five clips and my five reflections, I truly believe the reason I was feeling emotion is because the level of grief and sadness and anger and despair that we're all feeling is not necessary anymore. It's just not. And the very first clip is going to touch on the way that we can shift out of being a consumer of these negative energies, of these denser, darker energies, and how we can start to activate the light inside of us. Through the wisdom of Dr. Steven Young.
We'Re entering into a time where humans will transition from Homo sapien to Homo luminous light beings. Every thought that we're having influences how our molecules are vibrating and spinning in different directions, which immediately changes some other molecule in the Universe. We can explain it from a biophoton perspective. Our every thought, every emotion is broadcasting these light particles away from our body that carries a certain frequency. And we know that all humans have DNA receptors for these biophotons. So we're literally broadcasting our every thought and emotion into all of reality. It's almost like we're communicating fiber optically with all life. One sea of light. Our innate capability of collapsing the infinite waves of light in infinite variations of the now into the exact version of the now that is exactly corresponding to who and what we are.
How do we train ourselves to. To give and receive more light? That seems like it's the ultimate question.
Is the first step in thinking, fully stepping into our divine selves and fully being capable of influencing our epigenetics and genetics and all of reality is to fully tune into our emotions and then to no longer judge any emotion as being negative or bad. You can have grief, anger, frustration. You can meet all of that with super complete awareness and love. And the key is to even be aware of like the 0.01 level of anger or the.01 level of grief. I think that's the key practice because we're basically tuning into and becoming aware of our vibratory self and not just the intellectual system.
There's so much there. What I will say is that he's describing a spiritual, metaphysical and biological truth. Science calls, you know, 60 to 70% of our DNA junk DNA, but it's just because science can't put an intellectual framework on how exactly it all works. What Stephen is sharing and what I believe and what's most important that we all get to know when we feel our emotions, when we actually tune in to the energy in motion and the light particles that are inside of us, we give light space to shine. We can shine when we feel our emotions. This is the big takeaway for 2025 and beyond. If you're watching this in 2030, it's going to be the same when you go deep into feeling your emotions and you stand as a witness and you don't judge. Your anger, your sadness, your despair, your malevolence, your rascality, your joy, your happiness all the way. On the Hawkins scale that's on the screen right now, whether it's shame at 25 or whether it's enlightenment at 700 or a thousand, all of these emotions are literally just energy in motion. It's a big cosmic joke. And once you get the joke, you can't unget it, you can't unsee it. So Go and download this episode. It was one of our most popular episodes of the entire year. It's linked on the screen right now and wherever you're watching this. So make sure you head over to our YouTube channel and subscribe. And it's called Hermetic Expert, how to use your thoughts to change reality Beyond Limitations with Dr. Steven Young. Now let's get to the next clip with one of my favorite human beings on planet Earth, and that is Shelly Lefkoe. In this clip, we're learning from Shelley Lefkoe, essentially how beliefs run our entire life until we actually see them. I love Shelly. She's like this grandmother for all of us, and she's been through a lot in her life. This is one of my favorite episodes and one of our most popular favorite episodes for the entire year, and I think it'll continue to grow in traction. We've had millions and millions of people see this episode on Instagram and on YouTube. And I think because Shelley has a way with words that come from her own beliefs about how much she loves and believes her love for herself. Let's tune in and see what Shelley has to say about the power of words and the way they relate to our beliefs and our actions.
Never ask why. Why is a terrible question. Even if you knew why. It's not powerful. But we don't know why. Why is meaning. Meaning's made up.
What?
What is answerable? Why? I don't know. And that's what you'll get from your kid. Why don't you like school? I don't know. What is it about school that you don't like? I had a client ask her kid that question and comes to me and finds out her kid is being molested.
At school just because she asked the right question.
What? Not why don't you like school? What is happening at school that you don't like? Why did you hit your sister? I don't know. What did your sister do that pissed you off? Now we got a question. What don't you like about brushing your teeth? Oh, the bristles hurt my gums. Oh, now I can get a softer toothbrush. What is it about broccoli that you don't like? We can try a different vegetable. So what is a really good. It's answerable.
The big takeaway for all of us here is anytime that someone is in a. I'm going to say the word trauma, even though I don't use that word. Trauma response, AKA stuck, emotion, energy in motion response. When someone is in the pfc, shutdown there's no blood in their pfc. Like a child that's in fear, or like an adult like you and I, that's sensing fear or is in a state of fear where our neurology and our limbic system and everything shuts down so that we can address the perceived fear. It's so important to bring forth correct words. Just like Shelly's work. When it comes to beliefs, running your entire life, her words that you noticed, she said was never ask why. Now, why? Is that right? Why would I not want to ask somebody why they're feeling something? Because when you go to why, someone has to process and think what they're feeling. And many times, as Hawkins describes in his work, Letting Go, and also in Power versus Force, the greatest space for all of us is the space between our head and our heart, or our unconscious mind and our conscious mind and our somatic neural tree, our physical body. If someone is having a hard time and they're feeling something, they're feeling an emotion, an energy in motion, the worst possible question you could ever ask them is why? Why are you sad? Why are you feeling this way? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? I love this from Shelley. And this is why this clip has by now at least a million and a half views, is because the wisdom she's bringing forth gets right to what's being felt. When we ask someone what they're feeling, then they can just name it without thought. If we notice that someone's posture is slumped forward, if you yourself are wanting to support your wife, your husband, your boyfriend, your girlfriend, or just a friend, if you, if you truly want to be there for somebody and you want to be a witness, a compassionate witness, or even in coaching, I mean, this applies to everything. Parenting, coaching, friendship. Here's the best way you can support somebody. Take a breath and look at them and say, you know, I really care about you. What are you feeling? What don't you like right now? Or what happened? Those three questions, those are really powerful questions that the word is what? Which takes them to what they're feeling. But if I ask somebody, hey, Joey, why are you feeling that way? Then they're going to just tell you their belief as to why they're feeling it. But just like we learned in the BTFA loop, if we start with what they're thinking, then we're cutting out what they're actually feeling and what they believe. And this is why the BTFA loop is so powerful. It's linked on the screen right here. We've just done a phenomenal episode Teaching, belief, thought, feeling, action. When you get down, like Shelley is saying, into actually what they're feeling, they can just share it with you. Like the girl said, the bristles hurt my teeth. If we had to have a four year old or a child go into their intellectual mind when they're already feeling something they don't know how to feel. Our greatest gift to ourselves, our children and others is to be able to feel our emotions and to be able to speak what the emotions are wanting to share with us. Our next clip is from Johnny Miller and Johnny is going to talk to us about how the body is actually the lens that we experience and see life through. Because the body keeps the score in more ways than one. Let's tune in with Johnny.
The nervous system is the lens through which we experience our life. So the state of our nervous system impacts the predictions that we're making about the people and the world around us. I think we are like human instruments and we get out of tune and we are constantly tuning to the stimuli that are coming towards us in any moment in time.
What is the middle, the homeostatic resting place of the nervous system?
As you improve your vagal tone, your ability to stay grounded in stressful situations without collapsing in one way or the other, that increases these beliefs or these identities that we grasp onto kind of get stripped away. And so it feels like part of us is dying, because a part of us is dying, it's the part of us that isn't us. And then on the other side, we feel more ourselves, we feel more whole. Nervous System mastery is secure attachment with life, secure attachment with reality. The work is identifying all of the large and small ways in which we subtly don't trust in ourselves or trust in life, and then bring courageous curiosity towards those areas.
So then, what does it really feel like to have a safe body? And can one even describe that with words? Is it one of the things where you'd only know if you felt it? So incredibly good? There's so much there. I just want to unpack the meaning for me and for all of us. If our neural tree and the different parts of our ans, the sympathetic, the parasympathetic, if it's all weaved and tied in with our enteric nervous system and our central and our cranium, literally the tree that's in our entire body is experiencing life by stimulus and response, then it definitely brings up the question, what is the state of my neural tree? What is the state of my neurology and my nerves that are in my body. And how can I learn from the state that they're in, regardless of my environment, regardless of what's going on around me, can, in Johnny's words, can I be committed to being healthily attached to life, a secure attachment with life? This is a powerful question. So instead of a disempowering thought that says, oh my God, I feel this way, I don't know what to do with it, you can take a breath. And breath is the access point to neurology into our neural tree. Without breath, nothing happens. You can do your 10 breaths that we've talked about so much on this podcast and in our training. It's on the screen now. LiberatedLife.com and your self liberation blueprint LiberatedLife.com SLB, which is a free training for you to get very clear on what's really going on inside of you so that you can shift from this internal war state into externally peaceful and powerful. That's the point of this 10 day training, which is free. The reason I created this training was part and parcel because of what Johnny is describing. I kept seeing these loops in myself and with students and with people across the world that they just literally don't know, that they don't know that their neurology and their brain is actually attracting through the law of correspondence that we learned from Dr. Steven Young. As above, so below, my internal state is actually being mirrored back to me by society, by the world, by consciousness. When I have a pit in my stomach that feels super stressful, when I have hypervigilance that came from life experiences that are essentially just asking to be cleared. All this stuck energy pockets in our body is just asking for clearance. It's trying to give us some type of wisdom if we have the peace and the skillfulness to listen to it. What I love most about Johnny's work is he's really been through it. You know, he lost someone very, very dear to him. And the episode is on the screen right now. The title of the episode is Mind Body Nervous System is the portal to quantum Reality. And the reason we named the show that is because quantum reality is all reality, but our subjective reality is much different than our objective quantum state. Now that may seem a bit esoteric, but essentially what I'm saying is if Johnny can make it through what he's been through, then you can make it through what you've been through. Johnny is a spiritual warrior. I have a lot of love and respect for Johnny. Make sure that you go and watch this episode titled Mind Body Expert. Your nervous system is the portal to quantum reality. I really know you're gonna love it. Our next clip was with my friend, the founder of Mana Vitality, a company that I love and I take every single day. Their Mana Vitality 2.0. The gold products, everything else, it's in the studio right now. It's in my house. It's one of the products I absolutely love. You can find it@joshtrend.com store as well as any other product you're buying. Just way cheaper. The reason I chose this as one of the top five ways that have shifted my reality is because once I started to really understand what David is sharing in this clip, everything shifted for me. Let's check this out. We have this potential to become a biophotonic superconductor, a 2.5 trillion voltage human. And the benefits of that is our intuition becomes like a satellite, our immune system becomes impenetrable, and our experience of life becomes much more joyful. That's an invitation to the deeper story of who you are and what you're here to do. How do we use smart supplementation that gives us the capacity to be able to charge the human battery and to receive more light? The Pentagon full spectrum minerals in the body. Our frequency can't fire. Most supplements fail us because they ignore absorption, coherence and charge. So there's been secret societies throughout time that have known about these substances. But the true power of has been hidden until now. It's been hidden until now it's no longer hidden. Everyone knows the power of minerals and frequency and vibration, and the ormus and the shilajit, like science knows this. It's not a secret anymore. But what I really love about David is he brings forth this human potential conversation where if we really understand what makes up the human body, the photons and the light particles that are in our body, then the question comes up, how do we just feed that light? How do we feed the light in our body so that we can feed our body these minerals and this shilajita ormus, so we can really have a body that's capable of emitting light. Because this is who we are. We are literally made of light. If you look at all branches of science, they essentially say that light particles and electrons, neutrons and protons are bouncing around at all times. This table is not actually fully solid. This microphone's not solid. Our bodies are mainly light and water and carbon. Why is this so important? And how did this flip my understanding of the human body? We teach in the liberated life tribe and in The Life Method program and also in your self liberation blueprint that is free. That's on the screen right now. LiberatedLife.coms LB your your 10 day training. The reason that I put the wellness pentagon and the capacitor into your training is because once you understand this is so huge, once you understand that you can charge your physical portion of your capacitor, your wellness pentagon, then you start to see the similarities in electricity, where the capacitor in electrical science and electricity is shaped like a pentagon, and in sacred geometry, the pentagon represents harmony and balance and nourishment. This is why I chose the pentagon for this podcast. And this is why this clip and this entire podcast, by the way, is so life changing because he really breaks down the way that we can get light in our body and then what we do with that light so we can actually have a more joyful, more rewarding, more rich experience of life. I love David. He's a brother. He's got such a deep heart and soul. And I think you're really going to love this episode. The title of the episode is called alchemist reveals how 2.5 trillion volts awaken your soul's true power. It's on the screen right now and it's linked. Wherever you're watching this, let's get into the very last clip. We did not save the best for last because all of them are the best. We could have put these in any order, but this one really touches my heart because what made me cry in the beginning of this podcast, which, like, I'm not. I'm not opposed to crying on podcasts, but I had no idea that was gonna happen. The reason it brought forth emotion in me is because one of the biggest flips that I've had in my reality, one of the ways that my reality has been completely rewired is by understanding exactly what Allison is talking about in this clip right here. Let's take a look.
This is my message to all men. Only honorable men feel shame. The shame is the sign that you're honorable. It's the indicator that you're honorable. Dishonorable people, men and women, feel no shame. No matter what harm they've done to anyone, they feel no shame. Shame is a sign of honor, an indicator of honor, a function of honor.
Only honorable men and women, only honorable humans feel shame. The hair on my arm is standing up. Why is this clip so powerful? How did this completely rewire my own reality? It's because in my own marriage.
I.
Get to take a breath because I didn't know I was going to share this in my own marriage this year. One thing that came up in energy healing, in ifs, mdma, and in conscious connection and conversation is that there was a part of me that was so deeply locked in sadness and shame around the wound of my own mother and around the wound of my own father that I was able to be liberated in November of 2025 in a way that I can't even put into words. I'll definitely talk about it in a future podcast because I feel like this could be of deep, deep. I know that this will be of deep service to anyone that's been wounded by either mother or father, which is almost all of us. The flip that I got from Allison and why I know you're going to absolutely love this entire episode. This episode has been viewed over 3 million times across all of our channels. The reason for that is, is because what Allison is speaking relates to the wisdom of the Hawkins Scale. I bring this scale up as a reference point for you to learn from now because it is a cornerstone of what you get in the Self Liberation Blueprint and all of our trainings and in just my work in this podcast. If you notice what's on the screen right now at the bottom, what is it? It says shame. And it's not until 175 that you can actually unlock your pride and then get to courage and acceptance and all the other more high frequency, more loving emotions. But here's the paradox that Allison is talking about. If you are so in your mind, and if you have allowed your neural tree to condition itself so that you never allow yourself to feel shame, then nothing above 25 can ever be felt. That 25 Hertz, that shame frequency that you saw in the Hawkins Scale, it'll run your life and you will call it fate. To quote Carl Jung, until you make the unconscious consciousness, it'll run your life and you'll call it fate. People that are in jail, people that commit murder, people that do heinous things, things that I can't even imagine, they're incapable of feeling shame. Now, why are they incapable of feeling shame? It's because what I learned in my marriage and what I learned in my life and what I share with us on this podcast, is that every emotion is valid. Everything that you feel is okay. And to the degree that you feel your emotion, like Allison is describing, you become honorable. You become beautiful. You become peaceful. You become powerful. You think for one minute that you would be here with us on this podcast if you knew I wasn't committed to feeling my emotions, do you think you could trust me? Trustworthiness and an honorable self and an honorable human being is a human being that can feel all of their emotions, even the lowest frequency on the scale, all the way up to love. Have you ever been with a partner or a husband or wife? Or are you in a relationship right now and you notice that you yourself or that person can't ever access their shame, their grief, their sadness, their disgust? Well, until they learn how to do it. And they can learn how to do it in the self liberation blueprint. Once they learn how to start accessing these lower dense emotions, these lower frequency emotions, everything shifts. Everything shifts. Now, will it be easy? Nope. I am not going to lie to you. I'm not going to sit here on this podcast and tell you that learning how to feel your emotions and feeling them is going to be easy. But I am going to tell you that it is simple. By design. Our creator designed our emotions to be felt. Society came in and told us not to feel them. And that's the greatest tragedy of humanity right now that we're waking up to. And if you're here, then you're waking up to it as well. And if you're in relationship, a lot of what happens between men and women is because we start to project onto each other. And this is what I learned in my marriage, that I promise you I'll do a deeper episode on this this year because it gets to be shared. It's just still tender for me now, and I'm still integrating. It is what Allison is going to talk about right now. Let's take a look.
When you lead with sexuality, you're going to bring out the worst in men. Having no idea that when we do that, we are appealing to the most primitive of primitive instincts. Procreate. Why is it that men are wonderful in the beginning and then within a few weeks or a few months, they turn into sports? Watching pizza, eating beer, belching couch slugs. What if men are responding to women? I was a frog farmer. A frog farmer is a woman who, instead of turning frogs into princes, as in bring out the best in men, turns princes into frogs. Brings out the worst. And so after I laid down my sword, after I gave up emasculating men, which was six months into studying men, during which I used everything I'd learned against men, I became more manipulative and more harmful. So after I gave up emasculating men, men became so proactively caring for me, looking out for for me, taking care.
Of Me, I know you can feel the wisdom that she shared because what she's talking about with turning a. A prince into a frog is a projection of societal sexual value that's inherently learned. And my heart goes out to all women again with these emotions. Right. And I'm just allowing myself to feel them. How heinous and how sad it's been for so many women. So many women believe that their value just makes me. Makes me cry. Because so many women believe that their value is only attached to their sexuality. And nothing could be further from the truth. Is there hypergamy? Is there pecking order? Yes, these things exist. But ultimately, on a soul to soul connection, a woman's value has little to do with her sexuality. A woman's value has everything to do with her becoming whole. Because by her becoming whole, she shines a mirror on her man so that he can look at all the wounds and all the dark spots in him so that he can choose to be whole. And sometimes it happens the other way. Sometimes a man takes it upon himself to be whole, to be grounded, to learn how to be a mirror and a space holder for his woman, like myself. I've learned how to, especially this year with my ultimate breakthrough that I can't wait to share with you in the tribe. What I've learned is that I was actually part of the problem. I was part of the problem where I viewed women inherently for high value on sexuality. And the reason I was feeling emotion around that is because I'm able to feel my own shame. I'm able to access my own shame, which brings me to courage and acceptance. And then above acceptance, I can just say, for all women and for all men, you are loved. You are on the right path. If you're here with us right now, you're on the right path. There is truth in this world. There is good in this world. And you are that good. You are that truth. So if you're a woman that's experiencing shame around her sexuality, if you're a woman that feels like she, as Allison said, needs to lead with. With sexuality, and then you wonder why men keep leaving you, and you wonder why men don't take you seriously. And for the men out there, you're attracted to these women sexually, and you wonder why they treat you so bad, it's because the truth operates on a subtle frequency. The truth is light. Lies are heavy when you're in a relationship and it feels heavy. It's because the truth wants to come through. The truth wants to come through in all relationships. The Truth wants to come through me to you in this podcast for us, because the truth is light. It's what makes me laugh. Because the truth is so light, yet we cling on to things that are so heavy and we wonder why we're exhausted, we wonder why we get sick. It's because we're all here to learn the truth that Allison's describing. We're all here to learn the truth that we are loved. And this is a school where we learn how to unconditionally love self and offer that gift in marriage at some point in your life to a man or a woman. I really love the fact that we can sit here together, be here together, share this information together. This is the most joyful thing in my life, next to my wife and my children. And if you're inspired by this podcast, if you're interested in going deeper to embody, that's the key, to embody what we've shared with you today. Just know that the reason I chose these and I hand curated these, I hand chose these is because these are the things that completely rewired my reality. And I know deep in my heart and soul that they're going to rewire your reality as well. This is not just lip service. I'm not telling you this because I think it'll happen. I know it'll happen when you go deep into these five videos. So the title of this episode is what Women have Never Known about Men until now. Best Relationship advice from Alison Armstrong. Take what resonates here and leave the rest. My goal, my intention, is that you resonate with all of this and that you go deep into this work and that you allow this space with our tribe and with the self liberation blueprint and with our community and with me. To be a space where you can learn how to be at home with yourself. To be a space where you can feel peaceful in your body and then from that peace, to go out and live exactly the life that you want to live, that you get to live. That's the whole point of what we're doing. So you can see your life through this different lens of the nourishment of the five sides of you. Thank you for being here with me on this podcast. Share this podcast if it feels worthy to you, it's going to feel worthy to someone else. So until I see you next week, I'm wishing you love, wellness, but most importantly, peace and power. You cannot have power unless it comes from peace. Damn, that was. I was like trying to fight back the tears on that one There's a lot there.
