Leadership is an ego fracturing journey. And I believe that we must allow our ego to die a million deaths in this lifetime, and it's, it's never over. If you're a leader, you will have multiple different opportunities to confront your ego and, and reinvent yourself as a leader. Leadership is a path that most people will not choose. The idea of it seems really nice. The idea of it is really exciting. But it's a lonely path and it's uncomfortable and it's gut wrenching at times. There are peaks and there are valleys, and so a lot of people are just not will to sign up for that journey. People who are leaders will be absolutely on board with that. People who do not want to have their egos be quote, unquote, wrong. They don't like that conversation. They don't want to be in that conversation because that's going to then challenge them.
