Short YouTube demo (uploaded by Josh Trent) showing two speakers preparing a post-workout smoothie using a Vitamix 52 hundo. Speakers list organic ingredients (carrots, pears, spinach), stress consuming recovery nutrients within about 60 minutes after exercise, and demonstrate blender settings (low→high) and tamper use.
Alright.
Post workout amazingness with the Vitamix 52 hundo. We got a little bit of carrots, a little bit of pears and some good old fashioned spinach. And you know that this is organic because I wouldn't buy anything else. I'm not going to try to put pesticides in my body. This is going to be amazing. I just crushed a little back session. It doesn't really matter what kind of body part you work out or what you're doing for your exercise. The best possible thing you can do is recover. If you recover properly within 60 minutes. Actually check is stating in his manuals that if you're still sweating and you take in those nutrients, you're going to get the highest benefit. So let's blend this up, let's see what's going on. You put it on the low setting, variable on low. And here we go. The best thing about this blender is the variable speed.
Check this out. Watch this thing go. Here comes the tamper. Just going to blend up like nothing. A little higher. Here we go. I feel like it helps version of Emeril right now. I just used a little bit of water in there. Not too much. I'm gonna kick it on the high setting. Here we go. Boom. It's gonna blend it up pretty heavy. All right, we're just about done here.
Let's see how it looks. Oh, wow. Nice and beautiful. Check it. I know what you're thinking. How could you drink that much? Check it out though. It's four carrots. We got two big handfuls of spinach and we got a little bit of love and a whole lot of fiber for the body. You know what I forgot to tell you. There was one huge organic pear in there. That's how I get my sweetness post nutrition. Doesn't have to be processed, it doesn't have to suck and it should taste pretty good. Cheers. Good food makes me smile.
