A short excerpt from a YouTube interview (host Josh Trent) in which a guest (Speaker B) recounts a near-death experience at age 21. The guest describes encountering what she called "God," being offered a choice to live or not, and then seeing two distinct life-paths: one continuing her prior trajectory (with accomplishments visible as a timeline) and another of becoming fully embodied and "coming fully alive"—experiencing breath, sunlight, and exaltation in the body. The clip centers on choice, embodiment, and the transformative impact of the NDE.

You know, this near death experience you had at 21, you said it provided me with a supreme opportunity to not only consciously choose to live, but to choose the path of becoming fully alive, to incarnate.
In this experience. The only word I had to describe it was God. And it was very, very clear. I had the choice whether or not to live, which for me was very, very easy. And then another set of choices followed that, and it was, what path are you choosing to live? And this was really very interesting because two pathways unfolded in front of me and the one on the left was the path that I was on. And I literally saw everything I would accomplish, everything I would achieve all. You know, it was sort of like a timeline. And the other path was, yeah, the path of coming fully alive. And I saw myself inhabiting my body, being in my vasculature, breathing the air, taking in the sun, almost like exalted, but in a very embodied way.
