That's when the volume of imposter syndrome or those voices come up. Do you feel like that? There are definitely amplifiers. And I would add to that. There's a situation that I think is so important to talk about, and it's when you're trying to create something new or enter a new space. The imposter syndrome, the little chatterbox, is like, you can't do it. You don't belong here. You have no business being here. Everyone's already done it better than you. And I think this is huge for men and women alike. Josh. Because when you're trying to create something, whether it's, I want to step into a different career, or maybe I want to start my own blog, or maybe you, you know, et cetera, et cetera, fill in the space with something that you desire to do, I think that's when the chatterbox is the loudest, honestly. So you can have amplifiers and other triggers, but the one that I'm so passionate about is helping people understand what that voice is when they're trying to create something new, make a change in their life, or just get something born.
