This medicine can be powerful, this medicine can be healing. I feel the same way. Medicine can harm or it can heal. From my own experience. I had to go through the darkest night of the soul around porn. 20 years plus. Porn ruled my fucking life. And even when I got with Carrie and I knew it was coming, I was like, I have to let this go somehow. How am I going to let go of porn? I like literally didn't know how I was going to do it. I go into therapists and talk therapy, EMDR and all this stuff. It wasn't a drug for me. Like I used to smoke and drink and all that stuff. But porn was so viscerally embedded in my psyche where when I didn't want to do thing or when life got really hard, I would go to porn. It's an escape. It was actually ayahuasca where ayahuasca showed me what my life would be like if I were to continue to be a slave to porn.
