A short podcast-style monologue (Wellness Force) arguing that modern culture and many men worship an ideology of perpetual growth and ascension, which prevents them from facing grief, pain, and honest self-assessment. The speaker urges listeners to stop seeking quick fixes, to admit painful truths (unhappiness at work, marital/parenting struggles), and to enter the ‘dark cave’ of suffering where genuine maturation and leadership are forged.
