Short conversational transcript in which speakers discuss using the human circadian clock as a guidepost. Speaker B says modern life has pulled people away from natural rhythms, causing noise and distraction; recommends habits such as going to bed early, putting phones away, connecting with the sun and nature to improve decision-making. The dialogue frames the circadian clock as a gift from God and a barometer for living during challenges.
How do we use this circadian clock that we've been gifted by God so that we have some kind of a barometer or a guidepost.
As to how.
To live when we're faced with challenge?
We've gotten so far away from that circadian rhythm, we're just not in harmony anymore and we're getting flooded with all this noise. There's so much noise out there that it's easy to get distracted and you lose the signal of God. Now you're making suboptimal decisions. Back in the day, they would go to bed when the sun goes down, you know, and then come up with the sun. They would eat when the sun was the highest and then work all day and then go to bed again. But I'd say it starts with good habits and it's starts with discipline, and it starts with reconnecting to nature. Go to bed early, put your phone away, read, tap into yourself, get up early, connect with the sun and connect with nature, and less and less noise is better. Stay on track to the signal, and the signal will guide you to make these better decisions.
