The World Health Organization, for what it's worth, has classified artificial blue light as a 2C carcinogen. When I was going through the research, my jaw dropped open. So we're only really 25 years into this pandemic of blue light. Only really now starting to see some more of these longer term studies coming out which is showing the long term issues. It's like smoking, right? When that initially came out, people were like, oh, it's healthy, your doctor smokes camels. People just think it's digital screens that have blue light in. Well, actually your house lights full of blue light. If you open your fridge, what light is shining back at you? Blue light. You open it up and blast your eyes with blue light, which is disrupting your hormones every time you go into the fridge. The car headlights, street lamps, security lights all contain blue light. Blue light isn't a digital problem, it's an LED problem. If you've got lights around you that isn't the sun, that's classified junk light which will be high in blue and will disrupt your circadian biology.
