Hey, you interested in do some biohacking? Yes. So there's a couple options with the eyedrops. There's blue eyes and then there's iri since there's gold, silver and then methylene blue. All of those substances are very antimicrobial. The most photons are absorbed through the eyes. So by applying a drop or two to each eye and then doing sun gazing or if you're in the sauna or you're using a red light or something like that really makes a lot of sense. It's going to enhance the energy, the cellular energy of the eyes. The way that I do it at the beach is I do the root Zen, I do the bre honey and then I put a drop in each eye and I allow myself to sun gaze. Then I go through my breath work and then as an option towards the end part of my breath work, I'll do a Zen spray. Wow. That's the master combo right there.
