This is the problem. I think with medicine, you don't go to the dentist or the doctor till there's a problem. You go when you're healthy. Probably not. Should you? I think absolutely. I truly believe biohacking is just the difference where medicine should be and just the starting point. Usually biohack when you're already healthy and get like super healthy. Whereas in medicine you usually start at a sick point and you get to a healthier point. There's a 2018 study out of Spain that showed 80 women were put on NAD plus and they had chronic fatigue syndrome. And they studied their resting heart rate, pain, sleep and fatigue. And after eight weeks against a placebo, you saw greatly improved levels of alertness and energy and also that resting heart rate was much lower. If you could wave a magic wand, what would you change about the sick care system? I would change the way doctors are educated. Doctors just don't believe nutrition has anything to do. We got drugs, we got surgery. You're good.
