A short YouTube monologue by Ben Azadi about the inevitability of change and choosing personal growth by leaning into fear. Ben shares a concrete anecdote: he once dropped out of college rather than give a required 10-minute speech, but over time transformed that fear into a global public-speaking career and encapsulates his learning as a simple formula: "suck, suck, success."

So change is inevitable. But personal growth is a choice. Either you're creating or you're disintegrating. Nothing stays the same. So many people struggle with finding out what's important to that. And a lot of the times it's with what you fear. There's so many beautiful things that can happen when we actually lean into the fear. It's the thing that you fear that might be your greatest gift right now. I'll give you an example. When I was in college, was two years in. I was about to get my associate's degree, and the final class that I needed to pass to get my associate's degree was speech class. In order to complete that class, I had to present in front of my classmates for 10 minutes on a specific topic. I was so afraid of doing it, but I ended up just quitting. I didn't even go to class that day. And I dropped out of college because I was too afraid to speak in front of my classmates. Now fast forward to now. I speak on stages all across the world. It's my favorite way of teaching. I love nothing but speaking in front of a large audience. And that was something I feared. And it sucks at first and it continues to suck in the beginning. But my formula is suck, suck, success.
