Hey guys, thanks for clicking on the link. This is Josh and Ryan from the Weight Loss Athletic Club. We wanted to show you guys how to use the stairs to effectively get some fat loss into your workouts. Ryan's going to demonstrate the first couple exercises. I'm going to do the second set. On the first set, Ryan's just going to do a regular single leg staircase climb right here. So one leg at a time. You can kind of watch his feet right there. He's nimble like a cheetah, he's fast like a cat. When he comes back down, he's going to go with a two leg step. Now I know what you're thinking, it's pretty simple and it is. But if you incorporate this into a circuit, you can get some serious energy and calories out during your sessions. So now Ryan's going to go with a double step here you can see he's going a little bit quicker the way at the top, same thing at the bottom. And now the difficulty here is going to be a step and a speed skip. So he's going to skip a step as he goes up, pumping his arms in a quick motion. Now if you have any knee problems or anything going on like that, you can always do a modification. So if you can't absorb shock into your system with your patella, you can skip a step. Use your arms for momentum. Drive your leg up all the way up. Plant your step on the next leg and then Dr. Drive your leg up all the way up so you can still use the staircase effectively. You just have to make sure that you don't have any stress on your joints. Now if you want to take it up or not, you can go with the staircase jump. So your hands are coming back, you're going to skip the stair. Try to keep your chest sticking out at all times. Whatever you do, don't hit your feet too to stair. It feels good though. It felt fun. Okay, all the way back. Ryan, show one crazy one. Now Ryan's going to get jiggy with it. Alright, this one, if you're an advanced exerciser, we're going to take it from a two legged hop to a single leg at hop. So pretty much we can do one stair, we can skip it. There we go. Of course you want to do the other side. Of course. So again, single leg, we can do one stair stabilize. Two, two. Nice. Alright, well thanks for watching the link guys. We had fun showing you how to do this basic stair workout. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to come to the Weighthouse Club or find us on the web www. Wakehouse San Diego. Com.
