A short YouTube interview excerpt where Josh Trent and Alison Armstrong explore why some women develop negative beliefs about men and how women can recognize and relinquish those beliefs. The conversation references workshops (Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women) and suggests a practical exercise: giving up the 'right' to diminish men to observe what changes.

This isn't a podcast about making women wrong, okay? I want to be clear about that. This is for our education, for our empowerment, for our growth, for our love. Is there a way that a woman can identify these beliefs? How does a woman even get to that place where she can realize, oh, my God, my mom hates men? My mom has always hated men. How do they even get into that process? I mean, that seems like the starting place.
When we started doing our workshops, it was called Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women and just saying the name. Women would have a reaction to celebrating men. What's there to celebrate? They're all assholes. From time to time, a woman would go, you can do that. I want to know how to do that. Answer to your question of how can you know how you justify it? Think of giving up the right to steal men's power, to diminish them in any way. Slow them down, to have them be less than who they can be. And think about giving up the right to do that. Think about not ever doing it again, and notice what shows up.
