And I see this a lot with nice guys who get in relationships with women who they become the like needy nice guy, right? I need you to validate me. Tell me I'm good enough. Tell me I'm good enough in bed. He's doing that because he feels deficient in self nurturing, in the ability to praise himself, to recognize himself and to set some boundaries with the harsh inner dialogue that's self deprecating, that's tearing him apart internally.
