This YouTube podcast (uploaded by Josh Trent) argues that common law provides a pathway to a voluntary society by enabling people to rescind implicit or explicit contractual relationships with government-representative organizations. Speakers claim societal problems stem from misplaced belief in human authority and that language and money are used to deceive and control people; common law is presented as the legal mechanism to expose and void those "unconscionable" contracts.

Common law is the bridge to a voluntary society because common law is the pathway to revoking the various contractual agreements that we have with various organizations representative of the government to then come back to a totally voluntary interaction between men and women.
If you look at all of the problems in our society today and from a historical lens, it can really all be boiled down to this superstitious belief that we humans have that one human being over there has some special authority or special rights to tell us what to do, right?
And so that's all that has happened. We haven't actually lost any power. We've just been tricked and deceived through the use of language and money. They use language to trick us, omission, etc. And then they weaponize money as a means to enslave us. They're going to keep weaponizing it until we hold them accountable for it and say, I didn't know what I was signing. You tricked me. That's an unconscionable contract. And like, that's really all common law is, is saying that.
