Two speakers explain neuroplasticity: the brain's ability to change and heal. They discuss how addressing stress, trauma, and emotional challenges can help people recover from pain and illness rooted in the nervous system.
What's the origin story? How did you get into this? Why did you get into this?
Why'd you call it that? Yeah, you know, there's at least a dozen synonyms for this, but we like the term, my colleagues and I, neuroplastic, because it, you know, it refers to the brain and nervous system being responsible for generating real pain and illness in the body, even when there's no physical abnormality, no disease or injury that can be identified. And the. The plastic part means capacity for change. So it's actually a very hopeful term. We've found that if you can identify the stress, trauma, emotions, other challenges in life that are responsible for these symptoms, you can achieve a successful outcome.
