One of the things I would say to you about communicating clearly is make sure your team, when you're doing something, understands the why. Understands the why. How many times have you been in a situation and you were told, we're going to do XYZ? Nothing else came out of it, right? And you say, why? Well, because. Well, that's not helpful.
