Short excerpt from a YouTube interview titled "Black Women in Business" (uploaded by Worldwide Ty, 2024-03-06). Speaker A outlines the conversation plan: discuss the meaning of "fuck you money," explore the pros/cons and support systems for Black women in the industry (with an eye toward replicable supports), and close by asking whether business is personal.
So we want to get into this concept for you. Two concepts. One concept is the fuck you, money and what that means to you. Right? And then the second concept is, how does being a black woman in this industry, what has been the pros and the cons, what type of support have you gotten that you can actually, you know, speak towards? And that can be duplicated for other black women that might want to get into similar industries, Right? And then we'll finish the conversation off with, like, speaking about business and is it personal, right?
