What? Like, what would you tell somebody that doesn't really know what they want to do, but they're inspired by nonprofit work?
I would say research, you know, research what you want to do, or research the organization. You know, I think research, research, research. I think, you know, it really is. Sometimes people will literally, like, especially if the place is really bad, like, this is corporate. This is not profit. This is whatever. Like, look for a glass door, you know, look for. Talk to different people who maybe, you know, have been in that space, even if it's not that particular organization, and just really get the lay of the land. I think research is really important.
