Worldwide Ty shares a story about an Uber driver who failed running a gas station for two years, then used that experience to land a 20-year management job at another station. The failure wasn't wasted time, it was the credential that got him hired.
Two years.
Twenty years.
Canada.
So a resource, though. And I thought about this because I had an Uber driver who. He said he had a. He moved from Canada. He started. He owned a gas station. He owned the gas station for two years. He said business was not good, so he ended up closing the gas station. But somebody hired him to manage their gas station after that. He managed their gas station for 20 years. Oh, wow. And at that point, I was like, the two years you spent owning a gas station that didn't work out prepares you for 20 years to manage because that two years of experience is invaluable.
