Their desire to be good is not about whether you think they're good. It's because that's what they want to present that I do a good job if I have an opportunity. Because those are the type of people that are going to care about your business. Right. Even when you're not here, they're going to care about making sure you're not wasting things because they want to do it. Because you have people that's going to do a good job. Because you watching those people work for, you know, bartender or whatever. But people that you trust to run your business have to. Like my manager now, her name is Selena. Aside from me, she wants to do a good job. It has nothing to do with me. It's because it represents her, you know, the way she wants to represent herself.
