I think to have a healthy, safe work environment, that there has to be love present. Because in business, there's gonna be tough conversations that you gotta have. You know what I'm saying? 'Cause the reality of it is everybody ain't the boss. Everybody ain't the executives. Everybody ain't the cameraman. Like, you know what I'm saying? There's a hierarchy. So if a person, consistently make mistakes on the job, you know, the condition is still there. You know what I'm saying? But like, I can find you and still love you unconditionally.
