It contains a single-speaker segment (labeled SPEAKER A) in which the speaker discusses collaborative creative process in music production — emphasizing the power of everyone involved (creators, janitors, assistants, engineers, business and creative sides) speaking in the same direction to get a record right.
One of the things that is very powerful when it comes to birthing artistry is when everybody that's touching the art, rather than the creator or rather they're the janitor or the assistant or the engineer, is speaking in the same direction. You know what I'm saying? Is speaking in the same direction. And, like, tentative, you know, because when we was developing these things early, there wasn't a lot of people on the business side, but there was a lot of people on the creative side, and everybody was focused on one goal. Just trying to get this record right and get this record.
