A checklist of things artists need to handle before touring: hire a tour manager, set your budget and route, decide on merch and pricing, build your social media, get profile images ready, line up brand deals, and talk to your label. These tasks apply whenever you release music or plan a tour.
You know, who's the tour manager? Do you have a budget? What's the routing? You know, are you. Are you going to purchase merch? How much your merch cost? Right. Oh, you're going to be promoting your stuff online. Do you have all your social media set up? Right? Do you have all your profile pictures? Like, it's like this ongoing list of things that you just got to have checked off every time that you are starting to put out music, starting to put out merchandise, or starting to go on the road, or starting to think about brand deals, or starting to think about working with a record label, all of the different things.
