This YouTube video ("Unlocking Success: The POWER of Mentorship Revealed!" by Worldwide Ty) features an informal panel-style conversation among three speakers about mentorship. Speakers emphasize that mentorship is mutually beneficial: mentors often find they gain as much as mentees, mentors sometimes are surprised when mentees seek no transactional gain, and investing in others yields long-term impact as mentees grow and then mentor others.
It's just. That's just what it is. I know that as a fact because of the mentors that I speak with. They be. They be paused, don't even know how to respond to certain things. They're like, I ain't never had nobody that just, like, didn't want anything from the transaction. Right. You know what I'm saying? And I think that that's the most impactful thing that people that have become successful start to realize through these mentorship programs that it's helping them more than it's helping the. If not more than.
It'S mutually beneficial. 1000. Like, I'm. I learned so much from these girl. Girls. Like, it's just like, it's helping me as much as it helps them. Like, yeah, I agree with that.
Yeah. There's a moment where you have been the guy, but you get 10, 20, 30 more years when you start building up other people and knowing how to do that. And that's what makes you a comrade to somebody. That's how you become somebody's mentee. And every time I watch, I found that so inspiring to know there's people there that wants to help the next guy, because sometimes you get lost.
