Chapters
I got all this stuff going on, man. It's crazy. And he said. I said, so what's the first lesson to being a rapper? He was like, you gotta have one foot in your dream and one foot in reality, right? Cause if you got two feet in your dreams, reality gonna come ducking. And if you got both feet in reality, you gonna feel like, I'm not chasing my dream. And, oh, man, that stuck with me. Cause I was like, that's what you really have to do when you setting your goals. You gotta have a foot in the dream that you can do it, right? And you have a foot in reality. Bow. And we're back with another episode of FYM with Ty and yo with Tommyo. That's my boy, T. What's happening? How you feeling, Ty?
Feeling good?
Feeling good.
We are. The year flew by.
It did.
You know it's December. How have you felt like you've been this year when it comes to your wellness?
Not great. Not a great wellness year, I would say.
So what is the grade? What would you give your grade?
Like, like a five out of 10? Yeah.
So is that A. Is that a C or. Or B?
Yeah, it's like. Like a C. It's like a C. I probably should have went to school. Summer school.
Oh, school. Wellness school.
Yeah, wellness school, for sure.
Right, right, right.
For sure. It didn't start off that way. And that's the thing. I feel like it started strong. It starts strong.
New year Revolution.
I was. I was there that. That's, what, December. I was a little disappointed coming to December, because I was like. I saw the trajectory of my wellness. It was. It was going up. It was extremely focused on wellness. And then the divergence came when I took my mindset off my wellness, and I allowed myself to think about things that did not necessarily associate with wellness. I realized I'm not a good multitasker.
Oh, I'm not.
But no, no, no, no. I realized. I was like, yeah, you can't do that. It's like, yo, because it's not productive for your wellness. Like, it's actually negative for my wellness. Yes. And your mind starts to split into things that get you further and further away from your center. And that's why I saw. I was like, yo, the moment you try to start doing things like you got four arms, you realize you barely got two.
That's right.
So that's one thing that I'm not doing in 2025. I'm not multitasking. Listen. And that requires saying no. That's another thing I said yes, too much this year.
There is a strong case you can make that your wellness increases when your nose increase, you know.
Yeah.
I would probably say for this year, if I really stuck to like really working out the way that some people are, I would say I had like A plus. But me lacking the actual consistency on going into the gym, no matter if it's mobility training or hiit training or weightlifting or just, just running, I would say I would be in an A. But being that I did not do none of that consistently, I'm like a B minus.
Why is that important for your wellness though?
Well, it's important for one part of the wellness, right? Your body is a machine that you have to keep tuned up, right? So I consistently sharpen my mind. Definitely sharpening that paper. My is getting sharp, you know what I'm saying? But when it comes to my physical wellness, I get my steps in because I got the goal to get my 10,000 steps in. That's a day, right? And I usually hit that goal about 70, 80% a month. So I'm averaging about 7,000 steps a day.
Fire.
And then on the yearly basis, I average, I try to get like eight hours of sleep. I'm averaging about six and a half, almost seven. But when it comes to working out, I'm nowhere near. I'm about 20% margin off of all my other goals. But working out. I hired a trainer, right, In Miami. Okay, nigga be trying to kill me, but I'm still not consistent with that, right? Not because he be trying to kill me, just because it just be. It's almost like you think about it as a human, right? You, you're like, it's so many things you gotta do that's exhausting to maintain the human body, right? So I read on the article that, like, it's a drop off of like after the age of 30, about 78 to 82% of people don't sprint ever again in their life. For real, after the age of 30.
That's crazy.
And I was like, I don't want to be like that. So I had to train. And I was out there doing some sprints and shit and doing like all those different type of things. But it made me think about, like, how many people are actually running.
Yeah, right.
And so I was just like, man, once I can lock in on the workout side of things, and I tried everything, bro. Like, I signed up for weight for this gym where it got like rock climbing.
Oh.
So I was doing rock climbing for a good hot five, six sessions. Before just get busy and start traveling, working out, training. So I gotta at least find. I gotta find a boxing gym. Because usually I find myself like the most active I've done outside of my walking and like sleeping is play golf to go to practice. Golf practice, that's the most consistent thing. And even that wasn't as consistent as it could be. But golf don't get you in shape.
No.
Mental shape. Yes. Shape. No. No, it's not a fat ass. Golf.
Okay, but tell me you got the trainer. So the intention was there.
Oh, the intention is always there.
But do you feel like, how. How you going to change that though, next year?
I have to work that. I have to figure that out. Yeah, I got some of it. I got some of it worked out for 20, 25. I'm gonna change that. Traveling is a big part of it. Right. Because just now I was. Could have been better, but I was in Miami for two weeks. I worked out two days.
Wow.
So you know, that was. That's once a week. So you know what I'm saying? But you was home. But I was home and I was able to be like, boom, I'm not working. Boom, boom. You know what? I'm gonna go down to the gym, I'm gonna work on arms this day. I'm gonna work on, you know, legs this day. But I was able to just go do it, right. I walked to the beach. Okay, that was steps.
Yeah.
So you know when I'm looking at my steps. Let me look at my steps this past.
Yeah, what you on?
Let me see what my steps was.
And do you walk in the morning? Is that when you get your steps in or is it throughout the day?
See, I gotta be honest though. Me walking, that was my girlfriend. Be like, hey, you wanna go to the beach? It's a nice day in Miami. And I'm like, okay, why not? You know what I'm saying? I'm walking and getting some steps in. But you know, that wasn't like, it wasn't pre planned.
Right.
It happened because I don't even know what my login is. I'm gonna have to figure that out down the road. But I can look at my watch and see what it was.
I was doing 10,000 a day. Cause I gotta park and I got it measured how many laps it'll take for me to do 10,000 steps. Okay, so it's like eight laps around this. Like, this is Giant park in Rex. So that was where my steps would come in. But it had to be dedicated if I did not Dedicate this time to walking. Then it gets. It slips away. And now that we. In December, I know you. You take off in December.
Yeah.
So I don't have no travel. I had no travel in the end of November, December. So usually I work out. My neighbors, they got the weights, they got everything. They had a child. So now they're inconsistent. I can't do that.
Right.
Right. Like, for my wellness, like, if y' all inconsistent, I'm not. I'm not gonna do it. So there's a gym up the street from the house where I'm like, okay, I think if I'm going to. Because I already got to leave the house to walk.
Right.
So now it's like, walk. Gym is now the. The pattern. And the goal is to get it so concise that when we start traveling again, the workout regimens is going to travel with me. That's, like, a high goal for me next year because that's where I would always kind of get hurt when it comes to physical working out. I would get into a groove. I would travel. It don't take nothing but two days for you to, like, feel it. You know what I'm saying? And then it's like, all right, you get back home, and if you not right back in it, you get further and further away. Now you more inconsistent, and the inconsistencies are breaking out. And then you start, like I said, and I'm trying to multitask. So, like, that's inconsistent multitasking. That's not gonna be consistent. And I narrowed it down that when my wellness, as far as, like, having consistency there, everything else is way more consistent. I'm way more focused. I'm way more, like, determined. I was reading about determination and how it's cool to have a goal. If you just want to see if you can do it right, it's more important to be like, I gotta do it. Like, you gotta. You gotta be. So, yeah, if you don't. If you don't treat it. I kind of. I hate to say this, but you don't treat it like it's life or death. You gonna die. Like, you. Because that's the thing is, like, you can't have a halfway foot in. And it's so interesting. We did an episode in Miami, and I told you. Told you about this kid Overcast. Yeah. I actually ran into him maybe about four months after that conversation, and he told me at that time that he was learning to be a rapper. He was like, yeah, man. Like, he was. It's so interesting. He's so interesting because at that time he was just like, yo, my life's so busy, like I got all this stuff going on, man, it's crazy. And he said, I said, so what's the first lesson to being a rapper? He was like, you gotta have one foot in your dream and one foot in reality. Because if you got two feet in your dreams, reality gonna come knocking. And if you got both feet in reality, you gonna feel like, I'm not chasing my dream. And oh man, that stuck with me. Cause I was like, that's what you really have to do when you setting your goals. You gotta have a foot in the dream that you can do it right. And then you gotta have a foot in reality. Yeah. You know what I'm saying?
Keep balancing till it ain't even when you make the dream come true, you still gotta have a certain sense of reality because the dream can take you away. You'll be disconnected from everyday people depending on what the dream.
Yeah, but you don't want to be too disconnected. Like, I don't think so. Especially like, I love when you talk about people as like the real currency of the world.
Right.
You don't want to be disconnected from the real currency.
No.
No matter what you chasing, fall behind because it's you. You got to treat people as if they're on their own journeys too. And they're not there for you to step on them. They're not there for you to mistreat them. Like, people are there because like, we gotta love each other. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? So that mentality of having one foot in your dream and really being committed to that dream and having one foot in reality and knowing that reality is people and it's how you treat others and that's how you treat yourself realistically, I think is incredibly important if you try and get that A plus wellness.
Yeah. You know, the A plus wellness is hard to like maintain as well. You have to know that going into it. You got to know that. Like, so this month, you know, I'm a get back to working out with my trainer. I'm gonna do. I'm gonna be doing 2A days.
2A days.
Body and mental. So I'm gonna go golf, I'm gonna work out. 6 o' clock in the morning, golf at 8 o' clock at 9 o', clock, golf at 6. I mean golf at 6, I mean workout at 6, golf at 9 and then in between, I'm still going to make sure I get my steps I'm still going to get my sleep. I might do my third fast in the, in this month, but that was the highlight of my year is the fasting. Because although I do not work out every single day, I still have a certain physique because I do take the kitchen very, very serious. That's why I'm still a B student.
Yeah.
Because I take the kitchen very, very serious. You know, I don't drink soda. I don't drink, you know, like, syrupy type of drinks. I don't do Kool aid. I don't, you know, eat consistent fried food. I don't eat all the different type of meats. You know, I do stick with, like, I've changed more, so I'll dibble and dab in salmon.
But I.
Ever since I started doing these fasts, I've like, like to eat more white fish.
Really? Why is that?
Yeah, I have no clue. I have no clue. It's just been more of what my body kind of like, craves more and like soup and hummus and vegetables, like nuts and berries, really. So the eating part of it is way better.
Yeah.
And financially positioning myself in a better place, because that's another part of wellness for me is to be physically, mentally, physically. I mean, financially and then spiritually. Right. But physically, that's that last part of like, really, really putting your body through these rigorous physical exercises to kind of like keep building out your full physique. So I feel like an A plus wellness to me.
I feel that. You said your third fast, right?
Yeah.
So you did two other fasts prior this year?
Yeah. So I did two fasts already. The third one would be this month if I decide to, like, dive into it.
To dive into it.
I haven't decided.
Is this the first year where you would have done three fasts? Yes, absolutely. Now tell me why fasting is important for wellness.
The first thing is a physical thing. It makes it so that you're. You give your digestive system a break. Right. When we sit down and we start thinking about it, you eat every day, you process stuff every day. You're not giving your digestive system a break.
Break.
So it's almost like having your computer on all day, never turned off, constantly putting a battery charger in it when it's dying instead of when it dies, you turn it off, power it off, then charge it up, let it charge up, take the charger off, then you reset and reuse it. We just close it, put the plug in. Don't even take your tabs off. Nothing. Yeah. And so that's the first part about the fast, is that you want to give your digestive system a break. And so from there, that's the physical part of the fast, right? The second is the mental thing, right? It's like, because your brain is gonna be like, eat that chicken, nigga. You know what I'm saying? It's gonna be like, you don't need that, you don't need them lipids. You mentally, you gonna start craving these things. That's just gonna have you like, you delirious, you know, you got a headache. You know, you're just like, bro, this is not real. So you gotta fight through that. So it creates this mental experience that creates and works more towards your discipline, right? Then the third thing is manifestation, breakthrough. Like when you fasting, you wanna spend, you wanna double down on how much you talk to God. You wanna double down how much you get into the spirit, the scripture. Because fasting is a spiritual thing, right? It's a spiritual thing because you're disconnecting yourself from things that can be addictions for you, things that can clog up like your, your, your, your, your guidance, spiritual guidance. So it's a spiritual experience as well. So if you're fasting, I tell I did a 20 day fast. All liquid, just liquid water, coconut water, fresh pressed juice. 20 days scrape. No cheating, right? Then when I finished the 20 day fast, I had to force my body out of it. So even though I was finished, I still was like before 4 o', clock, water, soup, veggies. Then after 4 o', clock, I'm doing cooked meals, but I was still only doing one meal a day that was cooked. And everything else was like juices, liquids, nuts, berries, soups, right? And that alone was like a week to kind of like get my body off of, you know, for those perspectives.

I felt like I wasn't as hungry. The things that I. It made it easier for me to like. I view food differently. I view my digestive system differently. I used to always say that we got to stop treating our bank account better than we treat our bodies, right? You know what I'm saying? We ain't. We gotta start realizing, like, that ain't the way you need to live your life. You know what I'm saying? Even if you got your bank account under your mattress, you need to treat your body better than your bank account.
That's that right there. That's the episode title right there.
Yeah. So like, for me, those experiences of those fast and like getting my body back into a regimen, right? Cause I was in one regimen for 20 days. That's just right. And so my second fast was like more like 10 days. But then I incorporated like, you know, soup. I incorporated different things in it. And that was in. That was in November, right? And so when I did that, you know, I came back from Singapore and that was the fast that I worked on. So I'm working on this thing that when I go on vacations, I come back and I'll do a fast, right? And I only really took real, true, two true vacations this year. And then December is my just wellness month. Cause I just like, I'm not doing nothing. The music industry slow down. Sports pick up. But like, sports is all the first half of the year anyway, so I can afford to not worry about December. And then I travel somewhere and then now I'm contemplating, like, okay, how long would this fast be? Will it be a five day, seven day? Will I do it with a group of people? Will I just focus on myself? So yeah, and I'm going to St. Barth as well. This will be my first time going. So I'm gonna be trying to eat all the vegetables and things like that, right? And so when it's all said and done, bro, I have to figure out the workout.
That's the part right there.
Because that's the Part where your lawns are getting stronger, you know, your organs are getting worked out. Like, you put your body under certain stress, you know, to, you know, get stronger. You know, it's a. It's an experience that I do enjoy, but I have to balance out the work, the traveling, and the workout and, like. And really more so just not to balance me just now, that part. Even if I just do 100 sit ups, push ups a night, I ain't even doing that.
You're not even doing that, man. Look, I started doing 100 push ups. I was in Oakland for 21 days, and that was like.
You do the house sitting, right?
Yes, bro. That's when, I guess that was the month where I was so dialed in on wellness. 100 push ups, 100 sit ups. I walked everywhere. Like, I wasn't taking no Ubers to get nothing.
I was.
I was eating healthy. And then it was interesting because I had to watch these cats, so. Bro, it's something about having to watch somebody else's animal. I don't want y' all to die.
Like, that's funny.
These cats taking care of these cats also made me aware, like, how I take, like, my answer, because they had their food, they had to eat twice a day, and that was it. The way they slept was crazy. Like, they'll sleep for. For like, six hours. And then they up and they interject and they moving around. And I remember just thinking, y' all got it figured out, Cass.
Like, I got this thing got this.
Figured out, and I wanted to almost, like, mimic them in a way. And I felt really good. I felt really, really good at that time. And I was like, this is what I want to carry with me. And I think caring things, like, once you have. Because I think I did three day fast when we was recording in Miami.
Yep.
Day. Day two, bro. Oh, the chicken was talking. You know, it's like, hey, yo. Hey, yo.
You can eat.
You can eat some of that.
Go ahead.
Deli. Come on, man. It's right there. Also, you know, when you in a hotel, they got like, the little restaurant downstairs.
Yeah, yeah.
You don't even got it. Just come on down, you know, Vy gonna feed you. Just ask Vyf.
Shit, Just ask V. And there was.
A moment, I think I told you this one time, but I cut the TV on. The bear was on just like, the cooking show was on. I'm just like, damn, I can't get away from food. But to say no felt good. And I was like, this is why. And I only did it for three days. I can't imagine day 15.
So this is what you gonna laugh about me. I was on Instagram sending, like, wealthy, my girlfriend, nothing but food. Like, food means of like.
Of like.
Like, food. Like, people was making some incredible meals out of no meat. So I was getting, like, the hamburgers, like, the cauliflower, all of the mushroom. They was making pull, pour, pull poor. I'm sending these things to them every day. I'm saving them. Because all I could think about was, I'm gonna make one of these dishes when I come off this fast. And, bro, I made this. I had got this. This recipe that I had on saved. I said, oh, I'm gonna make this recipe. For whatever reason, I'm gonna cook me a hamburger. That was a vegan hamburger. It was literally, I saved so many different joints, right? I had got some mushrooms, pea protein, wild rice, and I had bought these. It's like this plastic thing that when you make the meat, the meat for the hamburger, you put it in there, then you put it, and it'll cut it up into patties, and you put it in the refrigerator, bro, when I tell you, I told my girlfriend, I was like, yo, I don't know how I'm gonna be able to do this again. I just started freestyling on the joints, right? But at wild Rice, if you don't cook wild rice, really, really right, it can be crispy, right? It can be, like, not cooked. It won't be as soft, right? So I cooked it just enough so it was cooked, but it was a little crispy. And then when I mixed it in with, like, the mushrooms, the pea protein, I had the egg substitute, put the egg substitute in it to make it so that it stick together. I had to, like, put a little truffle oil in there, But I was mixing that motherfucker like, I was Dr. Justin and Mr. Hyde, bro. And so when I finished the meat, like, the substitute meat, like, patties, put it in, let it sit in for a day, right? And I cooked it the next day. And I had, like, the bread, and I had made, like, some, like, my own version of honey mustard with dates and shit. Oh, my God, I'm in that thing. Like, I'm chef boss, nigga. You know what I'm saying? And when I tell you, bro, when me and Nikita sat down and we ate that hamburger, I took three bites into the hamburger, and I said, they done trick us. They done tricked us. The whole time, Nikita was like, what did you put in this? You know, she Caribbean. What did you put into this. I was like, bro, I don't know, bro. I freestyle that thing. Like, I got the ingredients. But why I say they tricked us is because with that crispiness from the rice not being cooked all the way, and then you cook it as a hamburger, bro. It tastes just like a hamburger. Literally the same flavor, everything. I said, they tricked us. You don't have to have a hamburger with like real meat. Tasty. Just like a hamburger, bro. To the point. I was like this crazy B.
Do you feel like you would have ever found that without fasting?
No.
See, that's.
I was diving in on the memes. I was. I don't follow all of the cooking. Super vegan cooking. So wild. I was just sharing it to people today. Like, yo, why are you torturing yourself? I said, this is not torture. I am expiring. Look at his eyes. Look at literally, bro, I got out. It wasn't this how bad it was. I ordered all the food while I was on my fast. I was. I was. I had to order the pea protein. I ordered all the nuts, the walnuts and everything, bro. Literally. And it was there waiting for me soon as the clock struck 12. I was here when it struck 12 because my mom birthday.
Yeah. Cause we recorded.
Yes. And I brought the food. I. I got the food to go. But, bro, when I got back to Miami, that stuff was ready for me. All of the ingredients, all of the. Everything was there. And I went crazy.
See, that's so one impressive. I want everyone to understand I did not feel that way. I was in the crib. Food was talking to the walls. But I. I love it. Well, I love it for you because that sounds incredible, but also, like, I think one encouraging people to fast will allow you to want to get away from the food that you're eating. That's not good for you. And I think it's incredibly encouraging that while you were on your fast, you were looking at things that you knew you were looking forward to.
Yes.
Like, when I get today, it was healthy too. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. You're not looking at the fried chicken. You ain't looking at the new restaurant.
I looked at the fried chicken, but it was like mushroom fried chicken. It was like. Like substitute fries. That's cool.
That's cool. That like, you were able to embrace what you were going to do when the fast was over. Yeah. And I think that that mentality speaks a lot to, like, where you are in your wellness journey. I aspire to one because I do think next year I only did one fast this year. I want to do at least 20.
Days type of man. You want to know what's so crazy recently? Just recently, we ordered some food, watched some movies in my. And I was like. I told Nikita, I said, so you want some of these chicken wings? I see looking at them chicken wings, she's like, I absolutely would like some chicken wings, right? So I ordered the chicken wings with all the other food we had, right? So we had a little spread sit out. The chicken was on the left hand side and everything else was here, right? We didn't eat that chicken. We looked at the chicken, and she was looking at the chicken. I thought, you gonna eat the chicken? She was like, I don't know if I want to eat that chicken. So I took a little nibble of the chicken. I was like, nah, I'm straight. I can't eat that chicken. And it was just so funny that we had not bought this chicken like we were going to eat.
Y' all tempted, y'. All.
So we definitely didn't buy. We definitely didn't eat that chicken.
Boy, y'.
All.
Y' all advanced. Y' all didn't evolve. Y' all didn't evolve. But, man, that's the. That's the type of story I need to hear going into 20, 25, because it's 1. I think the place that I see it the most is the airport. The airport ain't got nothing good for you nowhere right?
Walking through it, you gotta pro.
You gotta have your heart, right? To get through the airport. Especially, like, if you gotta go there a lot, like multiple days, you don't need to have a bad day in the airport. But you can have. They got Wendy's right there. They got. And they. Bro.
And I was traveling on that fast, too. I was traveling on that fast. And it was like one of them things where I had to really prep how get into the airport. I wake up in the morning, I have my juice. I drink my juice. I bring me water and coconut water. I get to the airport. Cause you can always find coconut water. Not the one I want to drink in the airport. So before I go to tsa, I gotta drink it. Cause, you know, can't take it through. Then when you drink it now I gotta pee like a motherfucker. You know what I'm saying? So, like, that's just. Now that's just like taking the number two now. Cause you on liquid fast. So you gotta figure out that's the thing. And so for me, it was definitely, definitely, like, harder because I was traveling. One of the things that was loud with it was like, companionship and community, being that my girlfriend competitive, so she refused to lose. She's like, I ain't losing. I'm like, this is not about winning, even though I ain't gonna lose either, right? But being gabby, we had a group chat. We would tap in with everybody that was on the fast, and everybody was on the fast in their way. I had set these parameters that was like hyper, hyper, hyper. Like, strenuous, difficult. But I also said, hey, man, listen, if you're able to do this for 14 days out of 20, that's a big, big deal. If you're able to do it 10 days, that's a big deal. Find your way, because you can work towards that. And so everybody kind of find their way on how they, you know, if they fell off the wagon or if they went different ways. But most of the people in the. In the chat was like, you know what? I didn't. It wasn't as difficult if I wasn't traveling. The moment I was traveling, I'm like, yeah. I'm like, I'm out at dinner, and everybody's just, like, ordering what they want to order. It made it difficult for people. And that makes sense.
It's like an alarm going off.
It's easy to be disciplined when you don't have outside influence. You just sitting down by yourself and you're really isolated and focused on the goal. When you want to do something, being out in the world and, like, you're trying not to drink. If you're like, want to shop, it's free, you know? You know, humans love some good free stuff, especially black humans, flipping bar, please, anything. You're at least try, like, you know, whatever it is on that conversation, it's.
Just tempting to see. I got free.
That's how they get everything that free is how they are.
And you left that house knowing, I'm solid in my discipline, right? Don't give it to me.
Get cracked.
If I had to pay for it, I'm like, no, I'm not spending on money. Let me tell you, somebody gonna bring it to you. But that's why. And I guess that's why to me, it's so important now to know your, like, your discipline levels. Because once you. Like you said, once you're out in the world, the stuff you tell yourself when you're by yourself, it gets a little quieter. It gets quieter. Like your inner voice is extremely loud when you're by yourself. You're like, bro, I woke up this morning. I'm on my. Dude, I'm doing everything. But I learned, Ty, I did learn this in my wellness, that once you succumb to the outside influence, getting back to yourself becomes like, it's wild how the goalpost moves so much further. And it's because you didn't want to do that. Like, you got influenced by what you were around in that environment. And I realized I was like, I actually want so much control. So much control. I think there was an episode where we were talking about, like, if you could wish for something, what would you wish for? I remember I wanted to wish for clarity.
Yes.
And remember that clarity comes from discipline. And I realized that, like, I don't want just, like, a little clarity. I don't want clarity on Sunday and don't got no money. Like, I want it all the time. So that means for that type of clarity, you need an extreme amount of discipline. So I'm gonna. I don't know, 20 days. I only say I don't know because I might do 30 just to beat you. Just to beat you.
You know what I'm saying?
Just to hear you talking about, man, you know, if you can't do 2014, that type of shit would be like, nah, I'm doing 25. You're not gonna be little me. What you mean? Like, yeah, it's okay if you can't do what.
They definitely didn't take it like that. It was like, ride, ride, ride, perfect.
That's how I know, like, for me. But I need that type of, like, encouragement to be like, oh, it's okay if you don't. Nah, it's not that. It's not okay. But I hate settling. I hate settling. Like, if I got to settle, then that means I didn't try hard enough.
I would tell people during the fact that I could never do that. Like, don't say that. You can do it.
Yeah.
It just takes time, work. You got to be disciplined. It's no different than, like, making your dream come true. You know what I'm saying? It takes time, discipline, work. And so, everybody, I would say if you're looking at this episode, think about what is the end of the year wellness goals for you. I would suggest grade yourself. Be honest in that grading process. Set your goals for 20, 25. You know, fuck you. Money is about wellness. It's an ignorant conversation about know. And end of the year strong should be something that everybody strive to do, because I believe it creates momentum so you can start a year strong.
And I think it's good to grade yourself to know how you gonna improve. Like I feel like one. If you gonna post your your wellness score, please do. Ty will comment.
They'll comment on your wellness score.
But I think it's cool. We all post our wellness scores and then we look back a year later to see how we have improved. Because we are going to improve in 2025.
Gotcha.
That is what we're going to do. This is FYM with Ty. Yo, thank you for joining us everybody. A happy 2025 and we'll see you guys next year. Peace.
Sam.
