As you grow a business, the more people you hire, the more you gotta be stern with policies because policies remove emotions. If the policy states, when somebody from the comp, from your team, uh, sends you an email or a WhatsApp, anything that's a work communication method, part of your job. Yeah. Part of your job is to respond within the business day. Mm-hmm. You don't respond within the business day and somebody address you on it. Like, you can't be emotional about it. I mean, you can be, but if you, the policy has nothing to do with emotion. Policy is about doing and like following instructions, all of those different things.
