Short YouTube video (monologue) by Aaron from Diagnostics and Finance advising homeowners whose fixed-rate home loans are about to expire. Aaron explains that his service tracks customers' fixed rates and reaches out before expiry, prompts viewers to consider loan structure, age, goals and whether to re-fix or switch lenders, and encourages contacting him for personalised help.
So you're coming off a fixed rate on your home loan. What's next? It's Aaron from Diagnostics and Finance. Now, in the business of diagnostics and finance, we actually have your fixed rate linked up to your profile in our system. So when it comes close to that time, you're going to get an email and a message from us to be able to have a chat in regards to what's going on. But if you're not with us at the moment and your fixed rate is expiring, there's a couple of things we can do. Most of the time you'll find that your bank will reach out to you in a similar fashion that I do with my customers. But is it right to refix right now? How is your home loan structured? What's your age, where are you up to and what's your goals with this loan? So if your fixed rate is coming up for expiry, let's look at what is needing to be done prior to you just taking the next deal. A big advocate not to take the best deal that's in front of you. Let's have a think about it. Let's put it around your goals and then let's get it actioned really, really quickly so that you can get the best rate, the best deal. And if your lender is not working really well for you during your fixed rate, let's move that to so that you can be managed effectively. Hey, it's Aaron from Diagnostics and Finance. Quick video.
