So you want to build your next dream home? Hey, it's Aaron from Diagnostics and Finance Construction. Buying some land, designing your own home if you want to. Picking the right home that you want, the furnishings, the finishings, the benches, everything like that, that can be quite an exciting time. It can be done for both things, whether you're going to live in the property or whether you're going to invest in the property. There's a couple of benefits and there's a couple of negatives with doing it and I just wanted to go through those as well. Behind me here is my home. We've built that ourselves and we were able to save a bit of money, mainly on stamp duty. So if you're going to construct your home, stay tuned to the next few videos.
