Aaron explains how to finance both your current home and a new one at the same time. Combine their mortgages to pull equity from your current place, boost your down payment on the new one, and keep both properties while you decide whether to rent out or sell the old house later.
So you want to buy a home but you don't want to have the pressure of a settlement at the same time on your selling property to your buying property. Hey, it's Aaron from Diagnostics and Finance. Recently I had a client that wanted to control both the asset of what they were thinking of selling or may turn into investment property in the future to the purchase property that they were purchasing. So what we're able to do is put the two properties together, extract some equity to bolster their cash deposit on their new property, hold both properties and be able to give them the time they need to move from one property to the next and give them the control to understand if they want to make it an investment property or if they want to sell the property that they have recently moved out of. So if you are in this circumstance that you want to control your properties, maybe turn it into an investment property or even just control how quickly you need to move from one property to the next, please do reach out. I'm Aaron, I'm here to help you.
