Hi everyone, it's Julianne here from Diagnostics and Finance. Just wanted to share with you another customer story that might relate to you. So we had a young couple, they're in the business of trying to diversify and grow their investment portfolio. They actually came to us to be able to purchase an owner occupied property. So in the conversation I was able to identify how many investments they have and what they wanted to do. So in having that actual conversation, what I discovered was they had actually gone to another broker. He wanted to be able to finance to cover 100% of the construction. What the customer actually wanted to do was to just pull out cash from one property to be able to not cross those securities, to be able to then use the available cash that wasn't stuck in construction to be able to do the other purchase. So what I've had to do was to order a couple of valuations just to understand the financial position, to then restructure the loans to be able to enable them to be able to get the cash out to do their purchase. Luckily I was able to do that. So we've definitely got another happy customer here. They've got the cash ready to go to be able to do that other purchase.
