Did you know that there is a second group of category of professionals that are able to be borrowing at 90% without mortgage insurance? Hey it's Aaron from Diagnostics and Finance. We just talked about medicos being able to get up to 90% without paying mortgage insurance. But there are a second category called industry professionals so accountants, lawyers, solicitors, judges that are able to borrow money up to 90% of the loan loan of the property's value without paying lenders mortgage insurance. There are a couple of banks that do that and each bank will have their own criteria on it and you'll have to be able to provide evidence that you are at the right income and you are also at the right accreditation level as well.
