Short YouTube monologue (Aaron Whybrow) explaining that a client had a paid judgment on their credit file which limited lender access for a home purchase. The presenter describes using a non‑conforming lender as a short‑term solution so the client could buy their home, then refinancing later to reduce repayments once the judgment is cleared. Includes a call-to-action with contact details for Diagnostics and Finance.
Hey guys, I just wanted to talk to you about probably a little bit of an out of the box scenario for a lot of us. But what I discovered with working with one of our clients is that they had a paid judgment which was featured on the credit file. So one of the things that you do, or what we tend to do is look at your credit file because sometimes a lot of these things you wouldn't even realize were there. You could have had a telstra bill, for example, that you'd moved and it's up on your credit file and it's causing all sorts of havoc. So what does that actually mean? So that means to these clients here that were looking to purchase their new home that it limited the amount of lenders that they were able to access. So we had to go to a non conforming lender to be able to complete that purchase for them. So what does that mean overall number one? So we can get, they can get that gliding that will be removed. So what that will mean for them in the future is that once that is actually cleared from their file, we'll be able to refinance them so they're able to pay a lesser repayment. So it's a solution for the client. Now in the meantime in the short term that yes it is a bit of a higher repayment but it does mean that they're able to get their dream home and it is a really a short term solution for a long term gain when we're able to refinance them. So if you have got anything like that that we're able to help you with, do give us a here at Diagnostics and Finance on 029-188-4488.
