Aaron Whybrow got a client approved for a home loan 0.7% cheaper than their previous lender, plus cashback. The client is in a regional town where non-bank lenders often avoid borrowers, but this one approved it without trouble. If you're regional and paying more than expected, non-bank options might be worth a call.
Hey, it's Aaron here. Just wanted to update you where we got a client approved today. This client was paying with the previous lender 0.7% higher than what I've just been able to get them approved today and we were able to get them a lender cash back as well. So really good outcome for the client. The client's also in a regional town and sometimes these non bank lenders don't like regional towns due to the amount of money that we're borrowing to the value of the property. We we were able to get this loan approved without any hassle and we're able to get them their massive interest rate reduction as well. So if anyone is out there looking for a regional home loan at a really low late rate with a non bank lender, there are many, many options out there for you. So if you're paying 0.7 higher than what you think, you should jump on and make a comment. Sam.
