Aaron Whybrow explains how recent interest rate rises affect home loans and shares strategies for negotiating better rates with banks or getting help to lower your rate.
Hey, it's Aaron here. Just got some pricing approvals in. Everyone's been talking about how it's doom and gloom with the interest rate rises recently and I've been able to prepare for a client meeting this afternoon and we've done some pricing requests on their home loans. This is pricing requests when the home loans in place when we have the tools and ability to see if the bank can do a better deal to to retain the client. So if you've had your rates increase recently with the rate rise give your bank a call see if you can get your rates down. Or better still if you don't have the time or the effort or the mental power to deal with the banks jump on the phone to us and we'll be more than happy to see what pricing we can get for you with your current lender and if not how about we can start your interest rates from a lower point today. All right, talk soon. Bye now.
