We have some banks that have been working phenomenally fast with two day turnarounds, one day turnarounds, and they've been really good with rates as well, down to the 1.99 for some fixed rates. And they're turning the applications around in two days. So whereas you might find that the major banks are turning around in 15, 20, 35 days, there are some non banks and it's not too late to get your application in today's.
